Can I try Channels for Free before purchasing?
Sure you can! We offer a 7-day free trial during which you can access our software in its fullest. Plus, we give you a free phone number and a few $$ to start with. No credit card required, no limitations. After the trial, you'll be able to choose one of our paid plans or a free one.
Can I pay annually?
For sure! We offer two pricing options and you can pay for both on a monthly and yearly basis. When choosing to pay for the whole year upfront, you’ll get a 20% off. The only thing that you have to pay for on a monthly basis is the add-on that allows unlimited calls to the USA and Canada.
Can I change my plan after I sign up?
Absolutely. Upgrades happen immediately - you’ll be just charged the difference in price between the plans for the remaining time in the current billing cycle. When downgrading, your account is in credit, so you’ll pay less than normal monthly fee at the next billing cycle.
How can I pay?
You can pay by adding your credit card to the app. We accept all major credit cards. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Are incoming calls free?
Yes, all incoming calls are free, except incoming calls on Toll-Free numbers (which are, of course, optional). For those, you’ll be billed $0.03/min.
Can I use my own phone number?
Sure thing. After registering, you’ll get your own free phone number. Yet, if you prefer to use your own, you can always add it in the app.
